SSC JE Exam Pattern 2017
The SSC JE Exam Pattern comprises a written examination containing two papers i.e. Paper I and Paper II. Candidates appearing for Paper-I will have to appear for Computer Based Test (CBT). However, the Paper-II will be conducted in Pen and Paper mode (Written Examination).
SSC JE Exam Pattern for Paper I
The Paper I of SSC JE 2017 consists of objective type questions carrying a total of 200 marks. The mode of examination will be a computer-based test. The total time duration of the paper is 2 hours.

Technical knowledge is the major portion of the SSC JE Examination, 50% of the Questions are based on Technical Knowledge as per the trade (Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical). Diploma Holders are eligible to appear for the Examination hence the level of difficulty of the Questions asked is Medium and much Basics Dependant.
